Title:	Manager, Risk & Analysis - RFT264
Description:	• Conduct analytical projects including design, data collection, analysis, recommendations and socialization of these results with senior management to drive actions across the organization • Apply multivariate statistical analysis techniques to credit card/ other consumer loan portfolios and other quantitative analysis (logistic and linear regression, cluster analysis, etc.) • Develop and manage statistical models for credit card portfolios – new account and portfolio acquisitions and account management • Develop recommendations for credit policy – acquisitions and account management • Develop strategies to optimize decisions across multiple functional areas including underwriting, account management and collections • Apply statistical analysis techniques to improve efficiencies in operations (customer service, collections, etc.) • Develop and monitor performance analysis reports/ score cards for credit portfolios • Establish and foster business relationships with both internal groups and external contacts • Partner with Business groups to develop business strategy and drive execution (credit card programs, product tests, infrastructure, etc.) • Hire, develop and manage analysts

Qualifications:	− A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry spanning credit risk and customer acquisitions (business) − A minimum of 4 years of experience in the credit card industry; experience with consumer loans and sub-prime customers is preferred − Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field. − Proven track record of innovation and leadership − Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SQL and SAS. − Strong ability to think analytically and strategically − Excellent oral and written communication skills − 3+ years management experience
