Irving Levin, CEO

Irving LevinMr. Levin is the Chairman and CEO of Genesis. A veteran of retail financial services, Mr. Levin founded Renaissance Holdings, Inc., and was the Chairman of Renaissance and its Orchard Bank subsidiary. He was also the founder of the country's first single-purpose credit card bank, First Consumers National Bank. Mr. Levin previously consulted for Arthur D. Little and Company, and held several management positions with Visa International.

He holds a number of board member and advisory positions with entrepreneurial companies and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Levin has a B.A. and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Bruce Weinstein, President

Bruce WeinsteinMr. Weinstein is the President of Genesis. With more than 20 years of experience in business operations and financial management, Mr. Weinstein served as CFO for Credigy Solutions of Atlanta and with Wilshire Financial Services Group as CFO and Director of the public parent and the thrift subsidiary in Portland before joining Genesis. He has also consulted privately, analyzing investments for industries ranging from investment banking, mortgage REITs, and distressed consumer receivables purchasing to direct response retail.

Mr. Weinstein serves as a Director on the Genesis board and is also on the boards of several nonprofit community organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound, in Tacoma, Washington, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Patrick Moore, Chief Operating Officer

Patrick Moore, Chief Operating OfficerMr. Moore is the Chief Operating Officer for Genesis. He is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Genesis as well as directing all systems, operations and processes related to the execution of the business. Before joining Genesis, he was COO of Toyota F.S.B. where he managed the credit card, mortgage, consumer, and commercial lending operations. Prior to that, Mr. Moore was Vice President of Customer Management with Capital One, leading portfolio segmentation, channel management, marketing production, and fulfillment of account management and cross sell programs for U.S. Card.

Mr. Moore is certified in Lean and Six Sigma disciplines. He began his career serving seven years as a Naval Aviator after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Gregg Atkinson, Chief Financial Officer

Gregg AtkinsonMr. Atkinson is the Chief Financial Officer for Genesis. Preceding his CFO role, he served as SVP Treasurer where he was responsible for treasury, financing and reporting activities including development and publishing the Company’s Operating Plan, periodic Re-Forecasts, and specific analysis required by third parties, including: financing partners, equity investors and JV partners.

Prior to joining Genesis, Mr. Atkinson has held various corporate finance positions over the last 15 years, including serving Wilshire Financial Services Group, a sub-prime residential loan servicer. He has a BS degree in Finance from the University of Oregon.

Brian Enneking, SVP Business Development

Brian EnnekingMr. Enneking is Senior Vice President of Business Development. He is responsible for pursuing strategic partnerships for Genesis, along with expanding business opportunities with existing partners. Prior to his Business Development role, Mr. Enneking was the Founder and President of Genesis Lending Services (GLS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genesis Financial Solutions. GLS provides private tuition loans to career college students throughout the United States.

Previously, Mr. Enneking served as Senior Vice President of the Strategy and Analysis group which managed Genesis’ consumer receivables and debt portfolios. Prior to Genesis, Mr. Enneking directed the Risk group at Renaissance Holdings Inc., one of the largest sub-prime credit cards issuers in the United States.

Mr. Enneking earned his B.A. from Kalamazoo College, and completed graduate work in Economics at Oregon State University.
