Bruce Weinstein

President, Chief Executive Officer, and Member of the Board of Directors

Bruce has been a champion of creating innovative solutions to consumer financing challenges for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Genesis, Bruce developed business operations and financial management expertise as CFO at Credigy Solutions and at Wilshire Financial Services Group, where he also served as a Director. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).


Gregg Atkinson

Chief Financial Officer

Gregg brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Genesis CFO, including financial analysis, banking,
and risk management for organizations
like Wilshire Financial Services Group and
Wells Fargo Bank. A Genesis executive
since 2009, Gregg holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Oregon.


Mark Denman

President, Genesis Credit

Mark is the President of Genesis Credit and is responsible for the private-label businesses strategic development and incremental growth. He has over 20 years of experience in the consumer leasing industry, including positions as Executive Vice President at AcceptanceNow, and Divisional Vice President at Rent-A-Center and AcceptanceNow. Mark earned a Criminal Justice degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).


Vernon Fuller

Chief Risk Officer

One of our original founders in 2001, Vernon leads company-wide risk management, corporate compliance, and regulatory relations at Genesis. Vernon has more than 21 years of executive leadership experience in consumer credit, including many years at Renaissance Holdings in Portland, Oregon. Vernon has a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.


Chad Kobos

Head of Capital Markets

The Head of Capital Markets at Genesis,
Chad focuses on the financing needs for
the company’s growing business. Chad’s
15-plus years of experience in structured finance includes serving as Director of
Asset Backed Finance for Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on originating, structuring, and executing on/off balance sheet financings and term securitizations for banks and specialty finance companies. Chad earned a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.


Ellen Falbo

SVP Risk

Ellen is Senior Vice President of Risk, where she leads our data science strategy, and the originations strategy for our retail card portfolio. Her decade and a half of executive leadership experience in the consumer credit industry includes multiple positions at Capital One. Ellen graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry and a B.S. in Business Administration from USC and earned her MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.


Evan Bryman

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Evan is responsible for the Technology and Servicing Operations, in addition to overseeing the General Purpose Credit Card business. Evan has more than 19 years of experience in the consumer credit industry, including holding multiple positions at Capital One. Evan earned a B.S in Physics from McGill University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Daryle Wilson 

Daryle Wilson

SVP Operations

Daryle is Senior Vice President of Operations, leading all customer facing and back office operations. Daryle, an engaging leader focused on delivering results and developing talent has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry including leadership roles at Synchrony Financial and GE Capital. Daryle earned a BA in Finance from Hillsdale College. He also holds a MSF and MBA from Walsh College.


Steven Carnegie


Steven brings more than 15 years of technology leadership experience and 8 years specifically in the financial services industry to his role as Vice President of IT and Chief Information Officer. Steven leads all aspects of IT including development, infrastructure, help desk, and data services. Prior to Genesis, Steven held leadership positions at Umpqua Bank, CoreLogic and AirAdvice.  Steven earned his B.S. in Computer Science and his MBA in Innovation and Technology from Portland State University.
